QUESTION OF THE DAY
WHO ARE THE RELATIVES OF KEKUTA SANNEH?
Foroyaa was informed of the presence at the Edward Francis Small Teaching Hospital of Kekuta Sanneh, an injured person from an incident near the high court building in Banjul where the trial of Ousainou Darboe and other UDP members was taking place.
He was soaked in blood and so was those who carried him to the hospital.
It is important for the relatives to try and reach Foroyaa to enable us get more details.
We have advised that the best way to handle the incidents of 14 and 16 April is to treat them as political incidents requiring dialogue rather than criminal matters requiring prosecution.
Those who govern should revisit the trend being taken by the two incidents at the moment. It is not the best way forward. It is the worst way forward.
