A Gambian player has inked the dotted lines in Hungary’s top Haruna Jammeh’sdivision, Foroyaa Sport can report.

Let go by his former club of four years Kopasvari, the forward, also an ex-Samger product has finally found new employers agreeing to a one-year deal following an impressive trial.

Haruna Jammeh’s move is prompted by Kopasvari’s relegation from the top flight last season. The Greens wrapped up the 2013 season on an abysmal note –sitting bottom of the standings – to the dismay of sponsors and fans.

In truth, the outfit has been flirting with relegation through out Jammeh’s stay there, meaning, their dropping of competitive level was unsurprising.

However, the erstwhile Gambia U-20 front-man dubbed ‘Rone’, has gotten himself a new club in the Hungarian premier league with Papa Lombard in a contract running until 31st July 2015.

The 23-year-old, meanwhile, is yet to make his debut for Lombard who finished 12th the previous term and occupies 9th in the current on-going season.
