BIKO’S DEFENDER IN SUDAN LOAN MOVE

Steve Biko Football Club defender Saikou Jawara has been shipped outSaikou Jawara
to Sudan on loan, Foroyaa Sport can report.
Captain of the Giant Killers temporarily switches to Alamal SC Atbara on an undisclosed fee in a deal that runs for one-year, theBakau-based club’s Kemo Ceesay confirms to this publication.
Nicknamed Okocha, Saikou who’d had stints with deposed Gambian
champions Real de Banjul and a couple of try-outs with clubs outside
the country, moved to the Leopards makes him Biko’s first player to
join a Sudanese club.
Juwara had been a mainstay in Biko’s defence and has gotten called
up to the Gambia squad a number of times.
Alamal is a club based in Atbara in Sudan plying in the North African
country’s Premier League.
