WHAT DID THE PRESIDENT SAY ABOUT SALARIES?
The President of the Republic has acknowledged that civil service salaries are low and that this matter should be considered.
The way forward is to establish a salaries commission to look into the issues of salaries and pensions. Pensions are worse than salaries.
We therefore hope that the issue of establishing a commission will be taken on board as soon as possible.
