Sky Power on Wednesday beat Real Chelsea by 2-0 to cling the 2009 knockout final trophy played at the Box Bar Mini Stadium in Brikama.

The final was a special one in the history of Brikama nawettan as the Gambia’s Kora maestro Jaliba Kuyateh was the special guest who performed the kick off.
Pierre Malou alias Dem-Dih fired in the first goal of the final to put Sky Power into the lead and later in the Pa Sanjally Sarr sealed the victory to 2-0 when he added his name on the score sheet in grand fashion.
Real Chelsea came to the game hoping that they will put an end to their title drought in the Brikama Nawettan, and as such moved heaven and earth to turn down the two goal deficit.
Sky Power collected the trophy and a cash prize amounting to D10,000 and Real Chelsea were consoled with D8,000.
